tried stepping on the gas and it wouldn't pick up speed over 45mph. Transmission fluid is
at full, oil in my engine is full and coolant was full. Didn't over heat but my check engine
light turned on. The truck never gave me signs that it needed some sort of mechanical
work it ran perfectly. I want to know what could've caused this problem. My truck is a

Would it be the filter or fuel regulator even if the truck runs but won't do over 35mph? They tried reading the codes but nothing comes up. I got rid of the check engine light by disconnecting the battery and plugging it back. Today i payed more attention to the truck and i hear the first to gears kicking in but it won't kick the other ones. I hear air suction coming from the side of where my pistons are located.

It was the catalyst converter followed the noise and there was hole on top. Took it it to a muffler shop and got it running thanks for the advise.
