318 engine swap for a Hemi or?

Would like to get a little bit more power from my 1996 1500 Dutch pickup, the
idea was floated to put a multi port injection engine and and or a hemi engine,
for swap like this what will I need? This truck will be telling so we will need the
speed and the torque both.

You will need money and luck- switching out modern engines, with electronic engine controls is something best done by pros- and they charge a lot- how about just switching that 318 out for a 360 with a carb?
I was hopping for an answer that contained some info!? Like "...done that, and this is what you need....etc...", but it seems that the www.cargurus.com do not have the info i am looking for! For "gurus" that have the knowledge---I have been repairing my own autos for many years and not afraid of the work! My brother has a hoist in his garage and between both of us we may have a dozen engine swaps but we have always swapped one for one (the same model) this time is different!!! And it looks like we will have to get our info elsewhere!
Well sir, you are doing something out of the ordinary, this is not a hot rod sight. Al-tho somebody here may have your answers, it is the day after Christmas, so people are probably gone for the holidays. This is a good sight to come to for all problems none modified vehicles. This sight helps the common persons who are in need of assistance. I helped a lady and her kids get out of the mountains from here, but I couldn't tell you clearance specs for a crankshaft..Sorry for at this time, we could not answer your question on this modification.
