Make sure battery has a full charge and battery cables/connections all good? Check primary voltage to ignition coil, dark green wire with orange tracer, engine cranking. Use a test light. Check voltage, same wire color at fuel injectors. That voltage comes from asd relay. I'm not saying the relay is faulty. some dodge and chrysler vehicles, the computer has to see both the cam and crank sensor signals or it won't ground the asd relay. Check those connectors, maybe you knocked sometime loose, working on vehicle? Just a thought. Any applicable trouble codes?
