Gas fumes

Asked by Tommy Jan 09, 2019 at 09:52 PM about the 1996 Dodge RAM 1500 Laramie SLT Club Cab LB RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After driving I park my truck and I can smell gas fumes. When start and drive
it takes awhile for the fumes to dissipate. I can’t find any leaks. The truck still
runs great. What else can I look for under the hood?

It’s all the time after I fill the tank. When it gets down to under half tank then not so much.
