01 Malibu over heating

I have an 01 Malibu and my fans wouldn't
turn on unless ac was on and my ac clutch
just went out so now I have the bypass pully
on there now so now fans don't turn on at all
so I figured if I wire them directly then I
wouldnt have a problem so I did that and
still it over heats every now and then. Not so
much on free way mainly in town if I turn on
the heater I so far kept it from going all the
way up I replaced the water pump, radiator.
And thermostat already I know there r relays
but don't know how to test them same with
the temp sensor and it only takes like 1 or 2
miles to get to the halfway mark been
dealing with this for awhile now before with
ac had no issues just had to leave ac on and
living in AZ isn't hard. Anyways any advice
would be appreciated thx

Overheating problems are alway hard to figure out. I kinda wonder is you wired the fans up backwards. Some fans will run back wards it the power and ground are switched. Other things can cause over heating to like a plugged radioator

Radiator is brand new and today I changed the temp sensor and two relays 1 5 prong and a 4 pin one still fans won't turn on if I unplug the temp sensor fans turn on then when I plug it back in they go to low
