Dash lights will not shut off. No functioning gauges

02s10 all dash lights on until unhook
battery and no functioning gauges. Is
it a bad headlight switch?

Could it be a bad headlight some override button? I can have headlights on and push some override button 3 times and headlights will shut off until I push it again a couple times
