I have a 2001 Chevy Blazer LS front driver side Tire
leans in is that have to do with alignment or upper
or lower ball joints it's only the driver side I have 22
inch rims on it could that have something to do
with it please I need help

You have "negative camber." If you lowered the vehicle at all, camber will have to be adjusted. (struts can also affect camber). If there is movement in the ball joint, especially if it's close to blowing out, can also affect camber. You should have had warning signs something was wrong tho, like popping or clunking noises from it. If the ball joints are bad, they'll have to be replaced before an alignment can be done.
