Transmission overheating

99 Honda crv, drives great when you first start it but after a few miles the
transmission st ops working, after it cools down you can drive it as nice as
you please until it gets warm again.Tow truck driver said trans was over
heating so check all kinds for blockage, changed atf  fluid which was black
and smelled burned, but had very little shavings in it, and still doing same
thing so what do I do next?

Try changing your cooling lines out. They typically are not to expensive.
