how to get air out of power steering system on 2006 Ford Taurus???

fixed the leaky power steering but now I cannot get all the air out..tried everything that has
been suggested to me at least three times now and it is still noisy when I turn the
wheel..any help/suggestions..thanks

It will bleed it's self. The growling is not air...did you install a new pump? Or is low on fluid

Ok. I thought maybe you fixed a leaky hose, and was going to say it's the pump. Other than that it's really difficult to say from behind a keyboard sorry. It's been my experience that simply turning the wheel back and forth a few time will bleed it, no tricks

okay thanks again but I have been turning the wheel back and forth so many times and it is still making noises but hopefully it will get better

I replaced the power steering pump and it still leaks with no power steering? the first day I replaced the pump it was working ???????
