My 99 f350 with 7.3 Powerstroke will die suddenly
while driving down the road and then start back up
without me touching the key not throwing any
codes does it without warning

Look for any obvious wiring problems under the hood and else where , something may be grounding out

    The wipers only work when switched to high. Then they will not shut off until ignition is shut off. They will then automatically park themselves. The washer cycle works fine.
