truck shut down while driving. will not start up again

installed a new battery yesterday. no change fires up and stays running for a couple seconds.

It may be fuel pressure related. As Rhodes said, check the fuel pressure to see what it is at when it dies. If the pressure falls off and it dies something in the fuel system has a problem. Could be the fuel pump. or relay. If pressure is good then look for an electrical issue such a crank position sensor or similar.
