I can't get any reading from my on board diagnostic

This circuit is often fused along with the cigarette lighter. Go to the fuse block under the hood on the driver's side. Look for fuse #13, cigarette lighter and see if it's burned out. Also check fuses #10 and #28. They power the PCM #1 and PCM #2. If these are okay, then I would continue checking all fuses one at a time. There is probably a fuse block in the passenger compartment too. Good Luck.
