My 5.4 3valve triton has 122567 miles just put new plugs in . I am getting a
p03000 random mis fire .runs ok . When your sitting at idle it surges up little
.when you stomp on the gas it goes. Seems to go good them it's has little
hiccup and then like a burst . Replace fuel filter along with plugs. Shop says
could be cam sensor, ignition packs or egg valve . But there computer says
my truck does not have a egr . Any ideas where to start thanks

It might be a bad coil. Not all bad coils code with a specific coil number. You could replace them all or you could buy one and change them out until you find the bad one. A entire set of coils on Amazon is cheap.
