2006 F250 crew cab windows, doors locks, mirrors

Hi I have a 2006 f250 crew cab. One day my all
windows stopped working, driver side door lock
quit but passengers door lock works. When you
shut the truck off and not open any doors the
driver side door lock button will work and the
window button will buzz when pressed. I went and
tried a new master switch which did nothing. So I
went and check voltage at the window motor
pigtail and it has power on both wires 12-13v.
Anyone have any ideas on what else to do.
