Will only start if you jump it off rums for maybe 2 minutes then dies

I accidentally swapped the battery terminals well I
put one on as I tried to put the other it arced I
attempted it again it arced as well I realized what i
had done corrected it my truck started and ran fine
for 20 minutes I turned it off now it won't start
back and it keeps blowing 30 amp fuses under the
dash

If auto electric ain't your thing then take it to a technician , if you're a novice you'll probably just get confused
