Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2004 F150 RUNS ROUGH AND stalls while coming to a stop. new timing chain, guides
and tensioners.  timing was done correctly. I have checked and cleaned the throttle
body. put in new plugs and checked for vacumn leaks. i disconnected the battery and
reconnected to go thru the relearn proceedure, and now there is no throttle. pushing the
peddle does nothing.
so in order,

1.) rough idle
2.) stalling, but runs great at higher rpm.
3,) no electronic throttle.

Im going nuts with this. is there any checks i can do at home to find the issues? I have
also cleaned the maf, and the throttle body. no codes, but the mil light is on . seems to
be a problem with these trucks it seems. found numerous complaints about this. help
someone

a little update. fixed throttle issue. now have learned that these engines when they drop oil pressure cannot operate the timing correctly. hot oil idle pressure is 20 psi. Cold is perfect, but drops as it warms. 130,000 miles. only oil ever used is the recommended motorcraft, and it has always been changed as specified. what is the recommended hot idle psi? I got a funny feeling its engine replacement time. any of you 5.4 triton experts have any suggestions?

What I have found an older model vehicles like mine I have the same issue I use seafoam and put it into the intake ,vacum line and full system . The most smoke I've ever seen four out of this exhaust. Then ran to reteach on throttle body. Maybe this will help.
