I have a 2004 ford f-150 and the heat stopped working, any ideas what's wrong?

It has anta freeze but idk what's wron.

Did the heat stop from every vent register ? like no heater blower ? is the cooling system full and burped ? are the heater hoses the same temperature by feel when the engine is warm ?
