CAr wont start after running

I have a 2002 Chevy malibu 3.1. It runs fine, even at idle. But if I shut off the engine and
try to start it again, it wont start unless I give it gas. Once it starts, again, it runs fine.

Some malibu igintion switches can cause this issue,have you had it replaced?

Yes, they did a recall on the ignition switches last October

Ok ,have the fuel pressure checked,could be stopped up filter,or the fuel pump getting hot.
