2003 Ford f-150 4.6, o2 shows bad, bank 2 sensor 2, won't smog

I have an 03 f-150, Check engine light is on. Replaced o2 sensor,  MAF sensor.
Clear the CEL,  but the first time I kill the truck and start it back,  within 2
minutes the CEL comes back on showing o2 sensor,  bank 2 sensor 2.  Checked
vacuum hoses,  wires,  etc.  What should I check now?

You state that you replaced the O2 sensor, did you replace the rear one on the dr side?
