2003 Ford F-150 Won't start

I have an 03 Ford F-150 5.4L. Every time i try to start it, all i get is a click
click. One click when I turn the key, and another when i let go. I have
replaced the battery, solenoid, and starter motor. Oddly, after replacing the
starter motor, the truck started up, but then after turning it off, figuring i had
solved the problem, when i went to start it again I got the click click. I also
have a plow kit installed on this truck and I am wondering if that may have
something to do with the problem.
