Truck works when it wants to.

I have recently purchased a 2003 f 150xlt crew cab and it
starts up only when it want to. It works perfectly when it
does start. The photo is off the warning lights that come on
only when it doesn't start.

Warning lights coming on when the engine is not running is normal. If the check engine light is on when it is running there are trouble codes waiting to be read. When it won't start try banging on the gas tank. If it starts then the fuel pump is faulty.
