2000 ford f150 4.6 auto will spin over but wont crank. has no spark or fuel. no engine light. checked fuses and relays still no start?

the internet says that if the check engine light doesn't come on when you turn the key on then the ecm isn't getting power? I replaced the relay from a running truck to mine and it still does the same thing.
