99 Ford F-150 gear problems

I haven't drove my truck they any high water but I can
only get my truck to go into revers and work it will go into
drive but won't move when I apply gas just revs up Roma
why is this ? Can my gears get wet it's a automatic plz
help

we never get enough ifo.... gears wet no/no....they better be wet /wet with atf atf...anyway.....how is the fluit level...ok? try and service pan/filter/look for any junk / hard parts in the pan.....fill with type f, only...better than stock.
