I'm assuming that you squeezed the radiator hoses to make sure your not frozen ( some people add water in the summer and forget to make sure their anti-freeze is still strong enough not to freeze) Try putting a 100 watt bulb (or higher if you have one) on top of the engine ... keep it away from anything that may melt. Give it 3 or 4 hours and if it's an issue that's related to the cold it may solve the problem .... just how cold is it?
