if there  is s shut off valve where is it and can I get to it on the street?

If you mean a fuel shut off,there is none.If you have no fuiel getting to the injectors then it needs to be towed to a garage.Fuel pump,fuel filter,crank sensor,throttle position sensor,fuel pump relay can all cause a no fuel condition.
