1998 f150 4.6L V8 shaking when accelerating

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey everyone. Im 21 and just bought a 1998 f150
and I only paid $700 for it. It's in amazing condition
cosmetically but when I bought It I did so knowing
it had engine problems. The issue I'm having is
that no matter what speed the truck shakes really
bad. Only when accelerating. After about 15
minutes of driving the low oil pressure light comes
on. Any ideas?

Does it shake when in neutral and revving the engine? I only ask because the shaking may be coming from the rear end or xfer case. Can also be a broken motor or tranny mount. The low oil pressure may be an unrelated problem, check oil pressure with a mechanical gauge.
