When I put the 4x4 in neutral and put it in normal gear it don't shift or move what's wrong

I'm not sure I understand the question. if you put the 4x4 in neutral then it wont move. That is what neutral does.

When I put my 4x4 in 4h it will drive,but when it's not it will not engage,it does when it cold but not when it warms up
