My truck turns but wont actually start !!

I purchased a 1997 f150 .. the key will turn
all electrical comes on but truck seems to
not be getting fire to start ... We have
replaced the fuel pump ... the starter can
someone please help

So it does not turn over with the starter? Have you tried to jump start it?
