I have a 1997 Ford F-150 with milky oil. Can it be the intake gasket causing the issue.

Milky oil is frequently associated with a bad head gasket and water/coolant penetration. Is the coolant level low? Is their smoke coming from the tailpipe? If no, then water may be entering the engine another way. If you are capable of changing the head gaskets, and you know that is the problem, good. If not, on a 21 year old vehicle, compare the price of the gaskets replacement with the cost of a remanufactured engine installation. It may be worth the additional charge.
