had 2 replace head on my 96 f-150 and the iac valve screw got turned now computer reads running too lean on o2 sensors what can i do 2 get problem solved

I guess you may be getting a P171 and 174 trouble code. There is a bucket full of causes for these codes. Diagnosis is fairly easy with a live data scan tool. May be worth your while to have a shop scan the system to determine the cause.
