Question type: Car Customization

i need to have the ring and pinion gear swapped out in my truck... anyone know about how much the labor will cost to have it done?

and also, which do you all preffer: air bags or rear add-a-leafs? my truck has a 6" lift, 35" mud terrains and I carry around a camper topper with a roof rack(not instaled yet) and a 35" spare tire... its all sitting on stock leafs with 5" blocks. if the truck is sitting on a flat, leval surface, the truck looks perfectly level. my problem is im going to be moving cross country and basicly what dont fit in my truck cant go... which would you do for this app?

add leafs you have a 95 ford f-150 if it was a bigger truck i would say bags but springs will look better and work alot more efficiently

As far as the ring gear swap, you would be looking at 3-4hrs labor ($300-$600). For your suspension question, bagging it would enable you to level your ride height fully loaded down.

i would throw the 5'' blocks away and get new leafs all together maybe try a 3/4 ton leaf pack it will look way better than stupid blocks and preform better
