Neutral safety switch,or if standard trans.,Clutch safety switch..OR your ignition switch is worn..

Or your car has a starting relay that failed or a fuse blown. What is known is that your starter motor is good.

Total disassebly of the steering wheel to get at the broken piece...uugh that video was painful to watch, but the guy put it back together~
