Question type: Maintenance & Repair

94 F150 4.9L
New battery new alternator. Still had low to dash panel 8
off and round 9 on. Changed starter solenoid. And have 12
volt off and 15 on. However, Engine light is on. Ran codes
with my innova. Got back 112, 117, 122, 126-O, 327, 513,
552, 553, 556, 558, 565.
I replaced all corresponding sensors minus the 513 code
as it is the pcm low internal voltage code.
Cleared codes ran again got same codes back. Looked at
sensors and attached wires. They are all part of the same
wire harness. Minus 513.
Is the pcm the problem or should i change the harness wire
by wire? Or is the a company that makes replacement
engine harnesses? Should i do both???

Changed EEC and check engine light went away. All hesitation went away. Was still running rich and spitting carbon out the tail pipe. Changed the air charge sensor ( desperately needed) no more rich situation. Time to rip her apart and clean her up and get her ready for my build.
