94 f 150 4.9L What's causing these codes??

Truck had low voltage on meter. Fixed that issue now got
12 volts to start and 12-15 depending on whet i have
running (ac radio ect. ) however the check engine light is on
now idles fine engine misfires when in gear and throttle is
used more than 25% . code reader gave codes KOEO ( 112,
117, 122, 126, 327, 513, 552, 553, 556, 558, 565,) which are
all low voltage / circuit fault codes. Also they are all on the
same  harness cluster. Should i replace engine harness or
track the wires?
