I have a 1993 Ford F150 and my speedometer completely broke it doesn't even show how many miles I have, how do I repair my speedometer?

I repaired one in a 96 and it was a pain to replace the small gears which are probably broken. Additionally, you will probably have to have the speedometer calibrated again once you take it apart. My recommendation? Replace the instrument cluster with one already calibrated.
