I have a 1991 4X4 automatic F150 with a 1992 4X4 auto transmission in it. The speedometer won't work, but everything else does. How can I fix this?

1991 F150 4X4 Northland Edition (auto trans). Put in a 1992 4X4 F150 auto trans. Now the speedometer won't work.  How can I fix this?

I believe in 98 they used a cable for the speedometer sensor, so I would check that as well as having the ECM flashed for the trans
