more details: its not a bad rub, i just noticed it when i was changing tires around. i usually run stock size tires (235/75R15) on AR rims that are 8.5" wide but look like they go in about as far as the stock rims. as for the rub, it doesnt appear to be too bad, just took the rubber coating off the exterior of the line so some of the brading is showing. i do plan on replacing the lines regardless, i just want to know if theres anything i can do to keep the new ones from doing the same thing

Are those stock tires for the vehicle? The manufacturer recommends maximum tire size and width. If you exceed the size it may cause problems. If you are going to change the like just reroute the line so it does not rub. It will eventually wear through, not a good thing.

the tires are the stock size, but i have aftermarket rims that are about an inch wider than stock, but are offset. the stock rims actually stick in a little further than the rims that are on it. when i am going straight there is no problem. if i turn sharp to the right, the right tire rubs on the right brake line, same to the left. is there a way to route it to not rub? the part of the line that connects to the caliper is steel then changes to rubber. i know it will wear through, not saying im not concerned about that. im just wondering if there is anyone else with this problem. iv had the truck about a year and a half and never had a problem with it until recently.
