1990 ford f-150, did a tune up changed plugs, wires, cap and rotor. did not help, tried to check the computer but would not read any codes. could the computer be bad.

Truck usually starts right up when cold but not once it's warmed up . Codes that come up are p0453 and p1000. But thinking maybe the fuel pump is going too. What do you think?
