can you glue on a terminal for the rear window defrost wire

I seriously doubt you can get a good electrical connection that way but I suppose you could try.

Flux and solder the wire to the metal tab on glass of course limit the amount of heat time while hooking it up, just get some solder on the tip of gun and stick the wire to tab after fluxing both pieces and give a one second touch of the wet solder to both wire and tab where they meet at same time and pull the solder gun away and wait 2 seconds and pull wire to see if it connected fully.
