computer module

Asked by Edsheilah Nov 08, 2014 at 09:21 AM about the 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac XLT 4WD Crew Cab

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

can you unplug the computer module without using special equipment to plug it back in. I
need to get the keeyless entry code off the sticker on the computer module but it requires
unplugging the module harness to see the whole sticker. I'm afraid that a special
computer is needed to reprogram the module before you can re-connect.
