my 2002 ford sport trac computer is not fully engaging for the obd scanner car had no battery for a while. how do i get modular working

Iw as told if I drove it for a while the computer would start reading fully again. I have gone 150 miles and still not fully registering on obd scanner

The ECM will need to be reflashed at the dealer..
