I have a 2003 f250 6.0L and sometimes when
you go uphill the truck loses power and
makes this slipping/huffing sound from the
engine compartment, what would be causing
this? Not pulling any weight

Not much to go on but the 6 liter is a fragile engine that has a long list of potential problems.
