03 Ford F250 5.4 Hesitates when accelerating at high speeds

My 5.4 F250 runs well except intermittently it will
hesitate when stepping on the gas at high speeds.  
It acts like I didn't step on the pedal then in 4-6
seconds it'll gun it and be fine. I ran some sea
foam spray through it but it didn't help any that I
could tell. I also manually cleaned the throttle
body.  Any ideas?

My 2010 6.7 Diesel is doing the same thing. I'm taking back to the shop this week. ill let you know what they find.
