2000 Ford F250 fuel guage stuck on full, turn the key switch on and off and it moves, been like this several years, put in new fuel pump with sending unit and still doesnt work, i'm not sure which fuse it is, but all fuses are good HELP

You can see fuse upper left. The fuse circuit goes hot with key on, so use a test lite and check for voltage. At the fuel tank sending unit, yellow wire with white tracer is voltage. The primary wire color for ground is black. You need voltage and ground both.

I'm not very good at reading this but i think the fuse is just below the little black box that says "Hot in start or run" is that correct. But where is it located on the vehicle

It says fuse 19--10 amp, interior fuse box. Your owners manual should have this info. fleet.ford.com should lead to your owners manual, if you don't have one. It's free to read online.
