My 03 cavalier check engine light is can't be erased even
though if already fix the problem any suggestions on  what
can be worng

I was reading that the ecm was damaged but I put a new one and the engine light still on

The code is for the ho2 sensor and the sensor is new and I check the wiring and everything is good
