I have a Cavalier 03 automatic with a blown
transmission. I have an 00 manual
transmission I can use. How hard would it
be to use the 00 transmission to replace the

You should really just buy an 03 automatic transmission. You should be able to get one for under $300 from a junkyard, and that price will be way less than modifying your current car; adding in the shifter, linkages, etc, etc. I'm not even sure your engine and the mt would mate up properly. Even if you WANT a MT, it would still be cheaper to fix your AT, sell it, and buy a MT car.
