fuse panel locations for 2002 F-250

My 2002 F-250 Super duty is not charging my fifth wheel batteries Checked fuse panel under drivers side. All good. Replaced wiring from Manufacture wiring harness to rear bumper. Still no power. could not find fuse panel under hood.

all the fuses are in the one box under the dash. there are some relay boxes on the left side under the hood near the master cylinder. I dont think there are any fuses in there.

There arent any fuses under there but what are the relays under the hood?
