2005 rw drive S430. right front wheel squeaks when riding over a bump

Control arm bushings,or ball joint/s. Way to define which is while sitting w engine running turn wheel left and right if the noise occurs turning.... ball joint,if while car is sitting still engine off bounce the nose of car squeeking at this time is most likely bushings, mercedes benz recomends replacement of both sides at the same time. The reason is this car is precision engineered tight parts and worn parts especially in steering can unstabilliy in cornering and in emergency turning, also be sure to inspect sway bar bushings as well hope that helps.
