2003 S500 Car was in flood.

2003 S500 Car was in flood.  I replaced the computer under the back seat.  
Cleaned all wires first.  Now radio and AC blows and and doors lock again but
engine still will not start. Do I need to reset computoer codes? If so, how?

I did get Insurance to pay me and thye made it a salvage title and I bought back for $650.00. I am trying to repair myself first and if I can not I will take to mechanic.
