Can i install s320 engine in my s600 2002

I want to change my mercedes s600 2002 engine
with s320 is ok if i do that?  Do i need to change
the gear also if i  change the engine? Please reply

it won't be possible without a complete rebuild of the car. No, let me rephrase.... Don't even try. Sell both for what you can get out of them and get something else...
